Website orders and payment

When LOTUSIA enables secure online checkout, the price and delivery charge shown before you submit payment form the payable total for that order. Payment processing is provided by Razorpay. LOTUSIA does not collect or store your card details, UPI PIN or internet-banking credentials.

Order acceptance, delivery and returns

LOTUSIA may contact you if an address, delivery serviceability or order detail needs clarification. Please read the Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these terms for customer orders.

Bulk, export and private-label enquiries

Bulk, export and private-label requirements are subject to separate written commercial confirmation and are not covered by standard website pack prices or checkout terms.

Intellectual property

The LOTUSIA name, website design, written content and visual material are owned by LOTUSIA or used with permission. Do not reproduce them without prior written consent.
