What we collect

When you contact LOTUSIA or place a website order, we may collect the details you voluntarily provide, such as your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, product selection and order reference.

Order tracking

We use your order reference and registered mobile number to securely show your order and delivery status. The tracking page does not display your delivery address, payment card details or other sensitive information.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. LOTUSIA does not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN or internet-banking credentials. We retain only the limited order and payment-reference information needed to process the order, provide support and meet applicable business requirements.

Optional product news

At checkout, you may choose to receive LOTUSIA order updates and occasional product news on WhatsApp or email. This choice is optional and is not required to place an order. You can ask us to stop these messages at any time.

Website Assistant

The LOTUSIA Assistant uses the words you type in your browser to show matching website guidance. The current assistant does not send or store those typed questions on a separate AI service. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp or submit a contact enquiry, the information you share is handled as a normal business enquiry.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfil and support orders, respond to enquiries, understand business requirements and improve our communication. We do not sell personal information.
